San Rafael's pediatric home health care program is designed to provide continuous care to chronically ill children. Under this program, a San Rafael nurse is placed in the home to care for the patient. The length and frequency of the services depends on the medical needs of the patient.

This program is available to children whose health concerns cause them to be functionally limited and difficult for parents to manage on their own.  

Depending on the pediatric patient's needs, the attendant can provide the following services:

  • Grooming

  • Ambulating/ Transfer Assistance

  • Companion Services

  • Laundry

  • Light Housekeeping
